Goodness I hope not! We had some storms roll through last night/early this morning. Didn’t think anything of it, nothing out of the ordinary. I’m driving along heading to my day at work excited about finishing up a project. I was also quite enjoying the light show in the sky quite a ways in the distance so I thought. When lo and behold a bolt comes out of nowhere and hits some electrical poles in a field right next to where I happened to be driving. I fear that my tires have been singed (boy did that cause a stench for awhile), but all else seems to be fine and operating normally. Certainly scared the living daylights out of me though. Lets just hope that lightning does NOT strike twice because that was way to close for comfort.
