I have begun sending the following letter to some reputable legal professionals. This is very, very important to me.
The Constitution may have been established to protect people’s rights yet the current crew in Washington has no interest in such arcane and abstract ideas that limit their political profitability to ingratiate and inveigh themselves at the expense of someone else. Something for nothing is a big political seller these days, let me tell you. By this, I mean to say politicians appear to view taking and reorganizing as preferable over creating and generating as a means to the greater public happiness. They do not teach this in your standard school book.
Remember the boys on Capitol Hill believe in free money and free taxes. They may be entitled to the statutory revenue they attach with serious questions being raised when it comes to one hundred cents on the dollar although they seem to believe they can find money by sticking their hands in tax payer’s pockets as an ongoing financial solution.
I say this because there appears to be little or no intention of upholding established, settled law, especially from my perspective. I know. I have asked and been rebuffed. That may uphold my Constitutional rights and prerogatives but it appears I am going to have to struggle to establish what little of my rights as best I can.
You see I not only believe non dam water power can reduce the cost of generating electricity and can supplement natural gas supplies with burnable hydrogen gas as described by former President Bush, but this makes it valuable and that by reason of precedent and past experience I have valuable intellectual and other property rights that I cannot avail myself of because of disinformation and anti property right propensities and actions by the very crew in Washington that I am hereby railing at.
You have to realize that I believe property rights are valuable because money talks as opposed to the idea that I have to conform to the current hostile party line or other political philosophical gambit that keeps on promising sharing over rights, which would leave me up the so called proverbial creek without a paddle or water wheel because politicians find upholding rights oppressive.
This is why lawyers are so important and valuable. They understand complex issues such as those outlined above. They can also express outrage in proper legal jargon so that a reputable sitting federal judge would grasp the gravamen of their arguments and make a dignified and correct ruling.
That is what they do. That is what they are good at. That is what they are needed for.
So why put up with continuing flim-flammery when it is not necessary. I would like the protection of settle law. That is what I am entitled to. That is what I would like to get.
In contrast, I believe Barry Barack Hussein Obama is more interested in ongoing political shibboleths than in the general national welfare and public good. I further believe he believes in emasculating people rather than constructive dialogue. Look at what is going on.
He does not appear to want to offer either settled law or established common law as a means of going forward. This makes the road ahead more treacherous and bumpy than it should be. Existing custom is designed to protect people and provide a smooth transition to the future.
Look at where we stand. Look at what is going on. I believe a good lawyer should understand where the government has gone wrong and how to correct the Grievances I Am Petitioning to Correct.
What really galls me is that politicians claim they can do no wrong. This is known as Sovereign Immunity. So all those sick workers at Ground Zero who should have been required to wear breathing equipment are lucky to be getting any sympathy even though private employers would have been facing a difficult prosecution and long prison terms.
Sovereign Immunity means the king can do no wrong. That is what we have — political kings who think they do no wrong even if the country clearly suffers.
I continue to wonder how federal corruption ever gets addressed. Does the government expect malefactor confessions? Admissions of conscience? I need to stand up for myself and protect my rights. That is what settled law is supposed to do. Even if sitting politicians do not like it.
I want to make it clear that I seek counsel so I can go into the non dam water wheel hydroelectric business and protect my rights. I further believe there is something rotten going on in Washington that has prevented me from doing so thus far and I want it corrected. I also want to protect and assert all the Constitutional rights and privileges that I am entitled to. You see I have been re-reading the Constitution and know a little history. First, this crew has little or no respect for intellectual property rights. They also have little respect for established Constitutional rights although they do have an excessive fondness for the party line. I can also give a brief history of the income tax amendment to give you an idea of how far this crew has gone in terms of making everyone poor and violating property rights. I can go on but would prefer to do so when asked.
I hope there is a good lawyer out there who happens to read this and can make a decent effort at helping.
I do believe that this is very, very important to me and in light of obviously adverse circumstances intend to hang tough.
