About This Editor: I am a writer. Have been writing for other sites, but expect to do most of my future work HERE! My expertise extends from the esoteric such as burning hydrogen to the unpredictability of the stock market and my writing makes me a jack of all trades and exasperated master of none. I have had some influence over national wildfire and water policy and there are hints of a change in energy policy, BUT as Samuel Goldwyn once said, "A verbal promise is not worth the paper it is written on."

I  I have found that when dealing with politics and especially American politicians, it pays to repeat yourself until you get your point across.

    So here goes.

I am still looking for reputable counsel.  I still would like to protect my civil and property rights.  I clearly believe I have not been treated nicely nor properly by certain elected officials who can easily be named and that this is actionable and boy would I like to act.  For instance, I believe water power is valuable and despite my vehement and whole hearted advocacy the only place this renewable source of energy has gone is downhill.   I believe non dam hydro power is valuable because it is widely available, runs twenty four seven and can power a turbine with no cost for fuel with the considerable weight of water, 833 times that of hot air, being very important.

As I have made clear both on this web site and on the other site I am being published on, www.useless-knowledge.com, there are many points and issues where I believe there is too much patronage and not enough settled law.  Clearly, I also want to charge incompetence, dereliction of duty and malfeasance.  This should be easy to understand.  Instead of fun, games and unreasonable burdens, I want full and complete cooperation from the government.  Obviously, this has yet to happen.  I could also use more competence and understanding, both of which are important for any project to succeed.  Just the fact I appear to need some sort of approval to go forward would appear to be actionable in my opinion since energy independence is allegedly supposed to be national policy.

Besides energy, there are several Constitution matters from free speech to property rights and management  prerogatives that have to be properly handled and attended to legally.  Most of this is very complicated and involved and would have to be gone into in great detail in a satisfactory manner.  For example, if I thought my right to free speech were being upheld I would not be writing this particular essay.

I also believe the good folks in Washington could do a lot better, if only they applied themselves and gave up their cozy side deals and faced reality.  The current crew occupying Capitol Hill is too slow, too recalcitrant and too obdurate for my taste or for me to have full Constitutional rights.

If I have to act like an irresistible object taking on an immovable force so be it.  I think Washington politicians should take action and move now, before it is too late.

I would also like to collect damages like those promised more trusting political true blue believers for all the aggravation and non-cooperation I have had to endure.  Since, as we all know, it is possible to get rich properly using the American court system and since it is a politically approved road to riches as a form of patronage, of course, I am more than willing to follow it wherever it leads.  As matters stand, the greater the damages the happier I am going to be in face of all the nonsense and political drivel I have had to endure while pursuing what is obviously my vested interest in non dam water power and related issues.  Here is my chance to enrich a lot of capable Constitutional lawyers, something I expect to be very proud to do.  I say, “Bring it on.”  To be sure.

Furthermore, I am still looking for paid work as a writer.  Not only does this add to my legal complaint,  it makes much clearer the basis and background for such a complaint.  I believe I am a competent, interesting and capable writer and that my obvious lack of success is due to questionable  patronage practices that I vehemently object to.  This essay being but one small sample of my writing talent and some of the issues at stake in my quest to achieve truth, justice, the American way and especially the American dream for myself.  The bjectionable patronage practices that I insist on seeing corrected are not particularly hard to identify.  The response to this essay or even the lack of response thereof would obviously speak for itself.

I firmly want to say that I think I am making progress establishing my case.  For those who have doubts, I say too bad.  I shall overcome.  Watch me.  I figure if I keep explaining where I am coming from someone who can help will decide I mean business and help me achieve what I view as my reasonable goal.

As I have also previously stated, if this Congress wants to make everyone poor they do not have far to look.  Nancy Pelosi, Barry Barack Hussein Obama and Charlie Rangel are all rich.  In fact, Congressman Rangel seems especially skilled at dealing with confiscatory taxes that a lot of people have problems with while maintaining a lavish lifestyle.  Just consider his rent controlled McMansion, a lavish spread at a below market rate.  What a steal.  If New York were not so patronage entrenched, of course, this would be an even greater public issue and an even more important issue on the public agenda.  Just repeating a mere sample of my writing observations for your edification.

Finally, I intend to continue posting pungent observations on the shenanigans going on in Washington for as long as I am able to do so.

Not to worry. Going forward, I am finishing up essays on health care, energy, Afghan policy and other topic issues and so on and fully expect to keep being relevant on the issues I really care about.

In light of the recent second attack on the Maersk Alabama, I can proudly say I have just shipped off an essay on those dastardly Somali pirates that is obviously very timely and fully makes the point that I am a capable and competent writer.

    Case closed.  Please help.
